Secure online access to your account
You will be able to access the following information online:
- Viewings feedback
Feedback from people viewing your property. This vital feedback helps identify any obstacles and determines any action that may be appropriate to successfully rent the property.
- Cyber statements
Statements on the internet activity of your property.
- Inspection reports
Properties under our management are inspected periodically and our management department will email the report to you.
- Notification of rent payment
When we collect rent on your behalf, we will tell you by e-mail or text when and by how much your bank account has been credited.
- Online account statements
Just after the end of the month we send out a statement of account to all our clients. We would like to send yours by e-mail.
- Online account access
At any time you can see all transactions since your last statement and you are able to download and print previous statements
- Property maintenance online
The ability to record maintenance requests as things happen. It may not be convenient to call an agent regarding such matters so it makes sense to be able to report a defect 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Naturally once a maintenance request has been recorded, progress can be monitored by both tenant and landlord.
- Works Orders
When we instruct a contractor on your behalf we will send you email confirmation of the order so that you can see what has been ordered and how much it is expected to cost.
