Our Letting Fees -Landlords

  • Letting – 9.6% including VAT
  • Letting and rent collection and accountancy (monthly and annual statements, rent chasing, reminders, Non-Resident Landlord tax deduction and payments to HMRC) - 12% including VAT
  • Letting and 24/7 full-management & rent guarantee – 16.8% including VAT
  • Website marketing ( – inclusive in letting fee
  • Rightmove marketing - inclusive in letting fee
  • Zoopla marketing - inclusive in letting fee
  • Professional photography and floor plan - inclusive in letting fee
  • Additional administration - writing letters, key cutting, topping up electricity and gas keys, collecting and forwarding post, visits, access for contractors, delivery acceptance to property - £102 including VAT per hour (charged to the nearest half hour)
  • Drawing up tenancy agreement £120 including VAT
  • Inventories, including check-in including VAT depending on property size, payable at the start of the tenancy studio £150; 1 bed - £162; 2bed - £174; 3bed - £186; 4bed - £198; 5bed - £210;
  • Deposit protection and administration £60 including VAT
  • Accompanied viewings with a trained negotiator – inclusive in letting fee
  • Offers negotiated by a trained consultant – inclusive in letting fee
  • Move in monies collected - inclusive in letting fee
  • Renewal terms negotiated between parties - inclusive in letting fee
  • Key holding service – inclusive in full management fee
  • Dedicated client accountant - inclusive in rent collection fee

  • Routine maintenance visit with Schedule of Condition Report provided, including date stamped photographs and property condition descriptions, can be conducted at requested frequency – annually, 6 monthly or quarterly - £78 including VAT
  • We are members of The Property Ombudsman (TPO) for Sales and Lettings and subscribe to TPO’s Codes of Practice. This is a government approved independent redress scheme;
  • We operate a Client Money Protection Scheme through Client Money Protect (“CMP”). CMP is a Client Money Protection Membership Scheme which protects The Member’s clients in the event that the Member misappropriates the client money held in the course of running their business.
