CityWest Residential markets client property on a host of internet portals like Rightmove, Findaproperty, Primelocation, Zoopla etc. We also have a electronic news letter that goes out to 9,000 interested parties. On top of this there is of course our own newspaper that is delivered to some 21,000 addresses within Westminster showing properties to let, properties for sale and any offers we have for landlords and vendors.


Tenant vetting:

On your behalf, CityWest Residential employs a professional credit referencing agency to assess the tenant and any guarantor. They will check the tenants credit rating, affordability, employment status, residency status and previous landlord reference where applicable. Rent protection insurance and legal expenses cover can be obtained from the credit referencing. Ask any member of the Residential team for more information.

Safety regulations:

CityWest Residential will explain your obligations concerning compliance with fire and furnishings regulations and gas safety regulations. CityWest Residential can arrange safety checks on your property for gas and electrical appliances. Ask any member of the Residential team for more information.
